Egyptian Pillow Designs

For this project, was tasked with researching the culture and religion of Ancient Egypt with the goal of creating cultural designs to be turned into playing cards. The idea to instead turn my design into a pillow case was my own.

Based on my research, agriculture was of the utmost concern to the people of Ancient Egypt, and so my design depicts various aspects of agriculture, including imagery of the Nile River and a solar disc of Ra, Sun God of Egypt.

The final design needed to be adjusted into a more rectangular scale for the pillow case order, but unfortunately, the final product still ended up being stretched regardless.
